EVLT
(Endovenous Laser Ablation Therapy)
Laser treatment for varicose veins in which
a micro incision is made and a laser probe
is inserted into the affected vein. This
results in closure of the treated vein and
relief of symptoms.
Most medical plans cover this procedure.
Sclerotherapy
A very popular method of eliminating
spider veins, in which a solution, called a
sclerosant, is injected into the veins causing
closure of the veins.

Laser Hair Removal
The Lightsheer™ Diode Laser is the only FDA approved permanent hair removal method. Number of treatments vary for each individual.

Botox
A non-surgical procedure that temporarily
improves the appearance of moderate to
severe facial lines. Treatments typically last
approximately 3 months. With our three
month maintenance plan, you will receive
Botox at $9/unit.
Cost: $12/unit
(most patients require 25 units per treated area)
Restylane
A non-surgical procedure that restores fullness and volume to facial folds and wrinkles. Restylane can also restore fullness to the lips. Results typically last 3-9 months depending on treated area.
Cost: $450/cc
(most patients require 1cc per treated area)
